The future expansion and development of the mission and ministries of St. Gabriel the Archangel relies heavily on the collaboration of a wide array of groups. Here you will find information on the groups essential in planning for mission effectiveness, and who are the primary consultors to the pastor in developing our Beacon of Faith plan.
Parish leadership consists of all those most responsible for the day to day operation and mission of the parish. These staff members and volunteers assist the pastor in evaluating our current and future needs, assist in planning, and advise solutions for our future success.
The members of our strategic planning team assist the pastor in transforming the desires and directives of parish leadership into a coherent long range plan. Strategic planning looks not only at immediate goals, but also sets the parish on a path for achieving its future objectives.
Our building committee is established to work with the pastor through the design and development phases of site planning. This group represents members from the original building committee formed when the parish first purchased land and hoped to build, strong community leaders, and parishioners particularly qualified in the areas of building and construction. The Building Committee is guided in its work by the collaborative planning work of our parish leadership.
